I am working as Capacity Planning analyst in CSC. I have total experience of 6 years in IT. what can I do in future for better prospects?

Began my career as unix administrator and moved to performance & capacity management for (unix,windows) servers. I am looking out for better prospects but unable to decide whether I should remain in capacity management itself or move to some other roles. Want a role which provide work & life balance
