i am working as construction supervisor for 20 years,age 45 with intermediate, maths,. can i join BE civil part-time or correspondence.

i would like complete the course by short-time with minimum fee, if there is possibilty...

yes ,you can do diploma civil part time from institute of civil engineers or from some deemed university.but you can not do directly b.e.
