I am working as HR but with my job I want to do some course to learn some art which will help me in my downtime even when I dont have job

Archana, you can learn design and freelance in your free time. Later you can convert into fulltime freelancing if you are good enough. Design is a field that is age old &has been evolving every year like science. The world has changed a lot and a lot of new & wonderful careers in design have come up
