MBA is a career switch opportunities. You can choose any specialisation based on your interests. However, to answer you question directly, based on your profile it is recommended that you may opt for operations or marketing specialisation.

As you are working as an operation manager you should go for MBA in operations management which will help you alot to go up in the hierarchy.
