I am working as Software Engineer. Can I join part time Fashion Design course and what is the process to do the same at NIFT Bangalore?

Hi,I hope you are doing good. This might be a late reply since you posted your question 2 months ago. What's making you change your stream of carrier? you want to continue in the fashion designing field or move back to software once you finish your degree? If you're really interested in fashion designing, Go full-time. I don't think they offer part-time courses. Assuming that you have done your Bachelors, Here are Postgraduate options for you: after BTech, you can do M.Ftech(master of fashion technology) or M.Des(master of design) - For M.Des,you are supposed to have a diploma in design(from NIFT or NID's) or any other undergraduate degree.(12th+4 rule). - For M.Ftech, you should have a BE/Btech degree or undergraduate degree from NIFT or NID's. - CEED, which takes admission through GATE is only for engineering designing. If you are interested in apparel designing. - For other designing fields like interior designing and industrial designing. Your BTech degree will help.
