i am working as SUPPORT Engineer for VAS Technology in Telecom domain...what is the advantage if i go for RHCE Certification?

Have complted BTech in ECE with 69.5% 2011 passout and then did a 6 months course on Telecom Technologies like GSM,VOIP,CDMA,UMTS including Linux ,SQL and PLSQl as part of the course program and got job as Support Engineer and working for 9 months now.
