I am working for a MNC from last 6 months and I want to drop out and prepare for MBA. Is dropping out a negative point?

Its not a negative point . Prepare well ,get a good score in CAT and pursue MBA from tier -I MBA institutions .In case you work for more period say 1/2 years prior to pursuing an MBA then you will have an advantage over other students at the time of campus placement.
