As a working professional you can do Professional MBA(Marketing) program from ICFAI University through distance mode.

You can opt for MBA in Marketing. If you are very good in sales & you want to gain knowledge about Products or the market in which you are working then you may opt for MBA in Operations. Since you have not specified in which field you are an sales officer it would be injustice to answer your query.
