I am working in an IT company I completed BCA on 2006 but pass out on 2012. now doing MCA . Is BCA will affect to get a job in MNC after PG

Hi, I would say that your gap would not be a problem if you offer a genuine reason when applying for jobs like personal problem, health issue, etc. I would advice you to be very confident while answering the above. And also go very well prepared with the recent trends in the industry, it would increase your chances of recruitment. And as far as salary is concerned, that depends on your profile, skills and varies from one company to another. Very carefully negotiate the same. Also you that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation, etc. Even SAP or Oracle will be a great idea. All the above would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future. If you have an experience and skills required by the industry and good performance in MCA than there is no problem otherwise you have to face this problem always.

During the time of interview you should be presentable about the subject and tell them the delay in a polished manner your circumstances.
