Since you are working in sales division, an MBA in marketing will be relevant. But the choice of specialization should be based on ones own interests and skills.

i dont think so as u r a engineer i suggest u to choose releavant stream like m.tech. And MBA is a management field if u want to go in management line so u can choose to go for MBA, else go for M.tech only. All the best
