Hello Sandeep Even DGCA allows special permits to defense personnel who wish to join Civil Avaition post retirement. I would suggest you to go through the CAR (Civil Avaition Regulations) for issue of A.M.E. License, it also has got special mention of defense personnel. Also, look at FATA rule for
