I am working in IAF for last 12 years and also pursuing PGDBA (HR) from SCDL,Pune. What is the possibility after it? Is it equivalent to MBA
what is the job possibility/placement after PDGBA (HR) from SCDL Pune. Is this course equivalent to MBA. I have 12 years administrative experience in Indian Air Force and presently serving in IAF. What kind of jobs I can expect if I quit the IAF.

you will bw benefited by PGBDA in corporate but as per academic position it is not equivalent to MBA
