I am working in IT company. I have good knowledge in Hardware/Networking and soft. Should I go for MBA in IT or Do M.Sc CS from nagpur.

MCA is software line so I dont want to do it. I have to choose MBA in IT or M.Sc CS from nagpur university. Suggest any one and tell me about the scope of that course. As my working job profile is end user IT management, Which one is better, I am confused.

If you are interested in core programming then opt for M.Sc CS and if you are interested in Management filed then opt for MBA IT.

Your knowledge in Hardware and Technology would be more useful if you opt for higher studies in related area. But MBA is your flavour, then it would be better.
