I am working in IT company, Should I go for MBA in IT or M.Sc (CS) from nagpur. Which one is better for my career. I am BCA graduate.

As my job is End-user IT management but I have good knowledge Hardware/Networking and Software. Which PG is better for my career. I am confuse between MBA and M.Sc (CS). I have seen most of the boys not prefer to do M.Sc (CS) according to previous academic session I have seen less no boys.
