The best option is to look at pursuing the distance MBA \ PGDM program from a reputed institute. You can look at Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) or SYMBIOSIS (PUNE). Both these institutes offer specialization in Retail Management, which will help you to grow fast in your career

Bhushan you can opt for specialization in Retail management. However fields sich as HR, Finance would also be beneficial for your future.
