I am working in sales & planning to do MBA now. Is it a good decision?
I discontinued my B.Sc in biotechnology in 2010 & completed it later in 2014.

You can go for it. It is a good choice and a wise decision. If you are comfortable with sales, you can take marketing as a specialization with HR or IBM as it will fetch you opportunities to do wonders in corporate.
