I am working in TCS & planning to do distance MCA/M.Sc. Will my Masters be having any value in TCS & will there be an inc. in the salary?

    Hi,
    Most of the MNCs or SMEs they recruit candidates who have done their Masters from Distance Mode. However, it depends company to company. What I have heard if this is a recognised Distance university or Institute then there is no problem but there are certain institutes they are not in white list according to their own policy. If possible, please check with HR dept first or your Line manager.
