    You should unarguably go for a normal MBA program. Since you have hands on experience in IT, an MBA in IT, will not add any value. To keep yourself abreast of all the latest developments in I.T. you can look at workshops or weekend programs. In the long run, when you take up a leadership role, a general MBA will give you an overall picture of the entire organization. This is where you require excellent man management skills. A normal MBA will groom you, or to be more precise, make you ready, to take up responsible psoitions
