Hi Raghav BITS is reputed institute. the world know this. I will really recommend you to talk to DEB dept.

BITS is not approved by UGC DEB to offer any distance learning programme and BITS refused to accept its WILP as a distance learning programme. The matter is too much ambiguous. The Programme content is very good but does not have DEB and AICTE approval. Further, an engineer does not need to appear f
