I am working with Infosys currently as a test engineer. Is there anything I can do now to increase my package?

Dear DMS,
You can go through with some certifications in the domain that you're working to get recognized by your supervisors. You can do CSTE, OCPJP etc. which can help you out in the domain and also highlight your skills to the team leader.
