i appeared 2 years for b.com for class inprovement but din't improve i got 45.19 %, and now i want to do mba from mumbai .. please help ...

in mumbai to do mms/pgdm u need minimum 50 % in graduation , now i have searched some colleges like atharva college pgdm , rizvi college pgdm , where 50 % is not mandatory , but they are not AICTE approved , should i take thr for pgdm , or again put a year in getting 50 % above in b.com again ?
