I appeared in MHCET LLB 3 Yrs scored 42 and in graduation TYBsc final percentage is 45.6 and all three years marksheet scored 42.2 mark

42 in MH-CET LL.B. 3 years but in TYBsc final Certificate is 45.6 but in all 3 years marksheet together is 42.2. Is I am eligible to get Mumbai law colleges admission or not?
