I appeared in the PI for IDBI Executive post on contract through campussing.I want to know that,are they follow the govt rule of recruitment

Hi Tanmay, By PI if you meant Personal Interview, in that case this is the final selection round and if one is unsuccessful to crack through it, getting recruitment is not possible. As for adhering government rules in case of recruitment is a blurry option as the bank is of private establishment.
