I applied for a visa online on 3rd March 2018 & got passport request on 15th March 2018. Does that mean I got visa approval?

My profile: 10th-80%, 12th-61%, B.Tech-75% and IELTS: 8 band.

Hi Prabhjot, If your visa request had been approved, it would have been stated visa approved, not passport request.
