I applied for Canada jan intake and I also northern pures college gave me offer letter. So my question is this can embessy give me visa?
I completed my mse in computer Science in 2017. Then I prepared my lets and I got 6:5 overall band not less than 6 and I have also 2 year work experience as a teacher.

You need a proper offer letter, or admission confirmation from the college, to apply for visa. The institute in most cases will assist you in the visa process.
