i applied for isro exam in electronic section and i would like to know the books of materials and which prescribed author sud i follow?

i did b.tech (IT) but i would like to write the exam in electronic section....am i eligible to write isro exam? but i'm also interested in elecric and electronic section...what books and which author should i follow?
