I applied for Jamia and JEE Mains too but was not able to do well in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in Jamia through any other way?

Yes, JEE Main is enough for HVPM College of Engineering & Technology BTech admissions. The college accepts students through an entrance basis only. Hence, a student have either JEE Main or MHTCET score is eligible. The basic eligibility must also be fulfilled.
