I applied for offer letter on 23 Sept. at KPU for associate degree for January 2023 intake and till now I haven't gotten it. What do I do?

I have 80 %in +2 (non medical) and overall 6.5 in IELTS.

Hi, as per the guidelines for future students of Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), there may be the following reasons for the delay of the offer letter:
1. The offer letter is usually issued after the successful processing of supporting documents, and there may be a delay in this process.
2. There is some glitching in the processing of documents due to high volumes.
3. There are some errors in the documents from your side. You must contact the university immediately because the delay has now exceeded one month. You need to send a KPU request email regarding your application status with your full name, date of birth, and your KPU 9-
