i applied for universities in germany for masters.but some people are saying that the masters certeficate from germany is very not accepted.

people saying that its value is low and not accepted by all the countries . is it true?

Hi Lohith, the knowledge that you can get about technical courses is at par with countries like UK and USA. The apprehension about degrees not being acceptable in India hold true for all the other countries. Reason being that people in India are not aware of education system and Universities abroad.
