i applied for upsc exam but i'm a obc female candidate. is am i fee exempted candidate or not?

i'm a female OBC candidate, my upsc exam registration for prelims successfully uploaded and also they are providing Reg. ID no. after registeration they are mailed me ie you should pay fee if you are not a fee exempted ! Is am i fee exempted candidate or not?

you are not eligible for fee exemption. the rule for fee exemption is:All female candidates and Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes are not required to pay any fee.
