I aspire to crack the UPSC exam and become an IAS officer. My subject is PCM. Which field should i opt in college- Civil Engineering or CS?

Hi Sakshi, Good to know you want to become a UPSC officer but you must know that None of your graduation subjects will matter in the path of UPSC. The only thing that matters is you can opt for Civil Engineering as a subject but CSE is not available there as a subject. If you wanna know more comment

No, computer science will not hamper your path to success. B.Tech in civil engineering will be a great option instead of B.Arch as it will take 1-year more and you have to crack UPSC. Why are you wasting your time in B.Tech, do graduation straight and save a year.
