i attended gate 2011 exams and scored 21 out of 100, cut off is 27, so can i get seat for pg in south india with stifund

my gate ranking is 1324 so whether i should attend pg cet again or is this gate ranking helps me to get seat with scolarship facilities in any south indian colleges for my m.tech, i am mechanical stream branch student.
