    Yes, as a Shaik Muslim from the BC-E category in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, you are eligible for an OBC certificate at the state level. However, for central government benefits, ensure that your community is listed in the Central OBC list for your state. Additionally, your family's annual income should be below INR 8 Lacs to qualify under the Non-Creamy Layer.
