    Hi JAGRET SINGH,
As you have scored 82.05 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and your CRL is 207422, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But, getting an NIT will be difficult with this score. So, I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interests and convenience.
    Best of luck.
