Yes, you can get admission in many collages which are offering MMS degree, but some top collages ask for higher percentiles. -

IIMs do have a quoto for admissions based on reservations . You need to appear for CAT.
with a score of 76 percentile in CET, you should be able to get admission in level II/III type institutes irrespective of your SC status.
