Your score is average. It might be hard to obtain admission in any government college. You should try for aided or private colleges. You should consider the following colleges:

MES medical college
Pushpagiri institute of medical sciences and research center

Your score is average. So, getting admission to MBBS at any government college is difficult. Still, as you belong SC category, you can consider admission to the colleges given below:

Government Medical College, Suryapet
Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal
Sri Venkateswara Medical Sciences, Tirupati, etc
