Yes, there are wonderful chances for you in NIT, but you need to search the cut off of all NITs, and then apply for it according to your rank and score.

There are possibilities of getting seat as you are ST candidate again it will be depends on number of candidates that got enough score in your community. But, surely I can't predict which institute it will be.
