I belong to the financially weak background. How can I get admission in the best university for MBA?
I scored 9.2 CGPA in SSC and 66% in HSC. I will complete my graduation in 2019. I want to move to London.

As you said that you are weak in finance, before pursing MBA you can do some short-term course related to finance field. This will help you with your MBA. -
You need to work hard and qualify the national level MBA entrance exams. You can get a scholarship for MBA.
