I belong to the financially weak background. How can I get admission in the best university for MBA?
I scored 9.2 CGPA in SSC and 66% in HSC. I will complete my graduation in 2019. I want to move to London.

As you said that you are weak in finance, before pursing MBA you can do some short-term course related to finance field. This will help you with your MBA.

Short term courses means it would be for 6 months or 1 year like you can go for Investment banking, there are certified courses from NSE, you can go for that.

You need to work hard and qualify the national level MBA entrance exams. You can get a scholarship for MBA.
