    You see, UPSC is not a school. It is an autonomous Government of India Organisation, instituted for the purpose of Recruiting personnel for the indenting organisation Departments & Public sector companies of various Ministries, Banks, Educational Institutions or Universities (for students & Personnel) offering various courses. I mostly caters to Government of India organisation, but is not restricted to it- i.e., it also caters to State Governments, In short- it is only a RECRUITING BODY, NOT AN EDUCATIONA
