i can pursue mba in isb immediately after completion of my b.tech or else i should have any job experience?

IT IS ADVISABLE TO DO MBA ONLY AFATER GAINING A COUPLE OF YRS EXPERIENCE BEC MBA IS MEANT TO MAKE THE INDIVIDUAL CAPABLE TO TACKLE COMPLEXITIES/PROBLEMS IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT BY PROVIDING REQUISITE SKILLS.AND, IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY THOSE OMPLEXITIES, ONE SHUD FIRST TAKE THE WORK EXPERIENCE AND ACCO
