I cancelled my admission with IIBS Bangalore and asked them for a refund. They are not refunding the fee. What should I do?

If you have only paid the registration fees, then it is refundable and you can claim it back. If you have paid the semester fees, then you can ask the institution to cut some portion and return the rest to you. Even if they are not willing to return it, you can send an email to the higher authoritie

IIBS is a private college while I won't ask you about the circumstances under which you cancelled your admission but as it being a private college they are quite notorious in not refunding money.
