I carry a CGPA of 8.5 .I study in NITK . Can i get MS seat in US if i get a good score in GRE and TOEFL with stipends

You have very good CGPA. I would suggest you to work hard and get good score in GRE. That would help you get into a good US university with more than 50% scholarship.
