I cleared 12th with science (Bihar board) but I failed in a subject and at this time I want to do MBA, can I do it from this institute?

Regret to inform you that, on the basis of your class 12th, you cannot apply for MBA or any Master's degree, as Bachelor's degree is must require to apply for any master course. You may apply for Bachelor's course or Diploma course on the basis of HSC certificate.

No, you atleast require bachelor degree first, and clear the entrance exam it require for admission in MBA All the best.

IIBMS - Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
MBA/PGDM	Candidates must have completed graduation/ diploma with mentioned years of experience are also eligible to apply.
UG Diploma	Candidate who have passed 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible for the admission. Candidate who have passed class 10 with two years of work experience are also eligible for the admission. Candidate who have completed diploma are also eligible for the admission.
Ph.D.	Candidate must have either completed post graduation from a recognized university or graduation with minimum two years of experience.
Executive MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have completed graduation with mentioned years of experience or diploma with 5 years of experience.
BBA	Candidate who have completed class 10th with 2 years of working experience are eligible for the admission. Or candidate who have completed class 10+2 or diploma (work experience not compulsory) are also eligible for the admission.
