I cleared 12th with science (Bihar board) but I failed in a subject and at this time I want to do MBA, can I do it from this institute?

Regret to inform you that, on the basis of your class 12th, you cannot apply for MBA or any Master's degree, as Bachelor's degree is must require to apply for any master course.
You may apply for Bachelor's course or Diploma course on the basis of HSC certificate. -

This is not possible anywhere. You must have a graduation degree and in order for that you need to pass your exams.
