I cleared my 1st year from Saraswati College but need to change my college in the 2nd-year. How can I submit my form in the new college?

When I open my roll no. on the site, it shows my previous college. Can you provide a site of MGSU University, Bikaner from where I could fill up my form?

I would request you to first get in touch with the college authorities and get a clarification about taking admission in the 2nd year. Not all colleges grant admission or accept the change of university in the middle of the session.
