I cleared my bsc chemistry with first class now i want to do msc suggest branches in msc chemistry and colleges in gujrat?

If it is compulsory that you have to join MSC In Gujarat than i have no idea but i can suggest you do Msc from IIT ,It can make your career bright. Jainil, there are many M.Sc options available to you. Apart from M.Sc Chemistry, you can go for M.Sc forensic science, M.Sc clinical biochemistry, M.Sc industrial biochemistry, M.Sc Pharmaceutical chemistry to name a few. Other than these you also have the option of doing M.Sc Design, M.Sc Hotel management, M.Sc Computer science, M.Sc information technology. There are many colleges and universities offering most of these courses. You can try for admission there and fulfilling their admission criteria you can get admission.
