Hi,
Dropping a year or joining a private college, the decision entirely depends on you. If you are sure you will perform well next year and get admission in government college then you may go for it.
However, with this score, you may get a seat in :
-Bhaskar Medical College
-K.J. Mehta General

See now join some private college or u can go for some other option really that best u can do if u have maths also with pcm go for some btech course u can also take some other field like design or architecture etc. too much may harm ur future.
