I compleated Msc biotecnology with 1 year 3 months exp.in pharmacetical company i need to give m some advice what can i do
i am not speak ,english proper way ,first of all u give me some courese /diploma that can i develop myself and that are suit to my career.

Hi
Since your area is related to Biotechnology and you are a masters degree holder in the same subject, I advice you to go for a Ph.D programme.
You can do it without leaving your present job.
