with non-med 12th,
you hav many options.
Like- Engg.
Pharmacy.
BBA, BCA. B.Sc.
and every field hav different positive points.
choose the field acc. to your interest.

You have to go for engineering degree other option is BSC non medical , after that you can make career in physics , chemistry or maths
