I complete my B.Sc-Maths in 1989 from Madras University. Can I do ICWAI now?

Now I am working in a garment export company as a accounts manager in Tirupur. I have completed my B.Sc degree in Mathamatics in 1989 and M.C.A in 1992 at Madras University. Can I do ICWAI now. Please let me know the details and procedure for the same. my mail id-yasha2007v@gmail.com
