I completed 10+2. Which course is more opted by Indian students in Canada?

I am also confused between New Zealand and Canada.

You haven't mentioned which stream did you have in your 12th class. The most popular undergraduate course Indian students choose is usually business courses, but that will not be applicable for you if you had science stream. In science stream, bachelors of science in any chosen specialty is popular.
